1960 - Foundation of Imatex Srl

Brothers Luigi and Attilio Fumagalli founded Imatex Srl, creating a textile company specializing in the furniture sector, with strong values of excellence and Made in Italy quality.

The business starts in the first factory in Brianza, Italy's High-Quality Furniture District, which houses weaving, offices and quality control.

1970s - Investment in Innovation and Marketing

During the 1970s, Imatex initiated its first structured investments in Research & Development and Marketing.
